Thank you for pointing this out. We are curretnly going through each plan and tracker and making revisisions. We will likely not change the name of the plan, since it’s meant too manage hypertension, but we should change the messaging as you described to talk about blood pressure readings instead of hypertension. That makes a lot of sense.
