One of the biggest issues we are trying to solve right now is an overly complicated user on-boarding experience. We are working to remove the folloowing obstickles:

  1. We are still in beta and are required to use Apple and Google’s Testing systems which adds a lot of complications for both Patients and providers trying to get setup with the app.

  2. We need more in-app guidence to installing plans and trackers, customizing tagets and getting setup with health integrations.

  3. Completing our HIPPA and security certification so we can move out of beta and and make out app directly avaiable in the app stores.

  4. More transparent affilation process so the user/patient has better understanding how their health data will be linked to their provider and used in lifestyle management activities between patient and provider.

We are working hard to improve and resolve these issues and tageting the month of October to release these improvements. Please feel free to leave comment and suggestions here:
